As in most operations a smooth production process depends on a stable operating procedure, we place a great deal of importance on quick and reliable service.
Our special Service Hotline means we are always available by telephone outside our normal business hours (e.g. on weekends/public holidays/Christmas/New Year).
The majority of plants supplied by us are already fitted with remote maintenance software.
We are able to access these plants world-wide via a modem and PC (laptop) using telephone lines/the Internet, monitor individual operating conditions and optimise customer-specific settings.
POLYTECHNIK domestic and international support centres provide quick, efficient customer service.
The extensive global service network ensures that we can react quickly to individual enquiries and are quickly at our customers’ side.
